The 2025 BMW S1000RR is a step above the 23-24 models in track performance due to its new fairing design and aggressive looks. Along with the new look, the bike also get a 60* throttle that's been revised from the 72* throttle we had previous models. We also received some engine head revisions including new "M1000 full cylinder head) porting, valve springs and more, in addition to new back end software changes. Also an incredibly new sounding exhaust note even with the same exhaust. Still present is the now notorious mid-range dead spot and heavy top end high RPM restrictions carried over from the 23-24 S1000RR. The changes in the software did however require some new thinking on our part; but with our years of experience, specialty tools, dataloggers and dynomometer, we were able to seamlessly create mapping that all BMW enthusiasts can enjoy. This means offering the best performance, reliability and rideability of anyone in the industry, with the data and results to back it up. As we've always said, this flash is a must have for any RR owner, from casual riders, street enthusiasts or full blown racers.

Drag racers have the capability to ride derestricted, TC refined, and torque management maximized, allowing you to put the power down, gear after gear without limitations. Because of our extensive factory ECU understanding and 100's of engine channels we've datalogged, we are able to adjust the ECU and engine far better than the competition who simply flatten fuel and advance ignition blindly. We are uniquely setup to use the tools granted to us with the factory ECU to activate custom code like full-time closed loop, which utilizes factory sensors to "auto tune" the motorcycle at every throttle position without custom dyno mapping needed, adjust SOI (injector phase), rewrite spark maps per octane and address hidden torque maps to make sure the engine never holds back horsepower while not putting the bike outside its safety window. We also address additional safety functions to keep the engine reliable in extreme environments beyond factory tolerances. We test best and worst possible fuels and optimize all of them to the best of our abilities. Years of experience have helped us squeeze every bit of power from the bike, while keeping it reliable and consistent. Be careful with others claiming more power as there is a delicate balance. Forced ignition advance, deleted knock control, disabled dtc tables and lean air fuels are a short way to an expensive repair for 2HP.
Track racers can enjoy modified TC (traction control) settings, wheelie management, adjustments for different tire sizes, smoother throttle transitions/tip-in, consistent and predicable power, and specialized tuning for specific tire sizes. All this comes together to make sure you start and finish a turn to the best of the bikes capability. Working directly with MotoAmerica racers and regularly datalogging all of the fastest stock ECU BMW S1000RR riders has opened a window and drastically improved our mapping and knowledge-base to better help our customers perform properly on the track keeping you ahead of the pack.
For the casual rider, derestricting the bike is the biggest advantage of our tuning. This makes the bike a blast to ride and gives the rider smile inducing power from one simple modification. Making sure the throttle is smooth when cruising and providing brutal power when you need it is important for all liter bike owners. Stop and go traffic or canyon carving on the weekends is where we put our development bikes to the test as they need to ride in low speed situations as good as they work on the airstrip at wide open throttle. Hundreds of hours and miles go into our tuning and testing, among several bikes, fuels, and test riders before we ever release our product. This graph below shows stock vs flashed on 91 pump gas, same day. This was done in 5th gear to show power differences and how much restriction the stock 2025 S1000RR mapping has. The gains are all across the RPM range and the bike even gains 5WTQ at peak RPM. The OEM soft RPM limiter is removed with our tuning, and while we did not raise the RPM limiter, it has the appearance that we have. These gains are impressive with tuning only.
RED = Stock second gear with 91 Pump Gas - 175whp / 73wtq
BLUE = Tuned second gear with 91 Pump Gas - 190whp / 87wtq
This was done in 2nd gear to show power differences and restrictions are the worst for the stock mapping in 2nd gear. There's a gain of over 60WHP in the mid-range and more power up top as well.

With race gas you can see the gains are outrageous. This testing was done WITH THE SAME MAP WE USE FOR 91 PUMP GAS. No changes in tuning. Our adaptive ignition mapping helps us achieve these kinds of results with BMW's advanced ECU.
