2025–2026 Triumph Rocket 3 2500cc Stage 1 ECU Tune
The 2025–2026 Triumph Rocket 3 delivers massive torque from its 2,458cc three cylinder engine, but the factory ECU calibration still places significant electronic limits on throttle opening, requested torque, RPM, and overall power delivery.
BT Moto developed our Stage 1 ECU tune for the 2025–2026 Triumph Rocket 3 to remove those unnecessary factory restrictions while maintaining the refinement, reliability, and functionality of the original ECU.
This is a true OEM+ ECU calibration for the new locked Rocket 3 ECU. No piggyback fuel controller, additional tuning module, or unnecessary emissions system removal is required. Instead, we recalibrate the factory ECU directly, allowing the motorcycle to operate the way Triumph's 2.5 liter engine is capable of operating.
The result is substantially stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, a broader powerband, and 20+ WHP gains in our back-to-back dyno testing on pump gas.

UNLOCK THE 2025–2026 TRIUMPH ROCKET 3
The latest Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R and Rocket 3 Storm GT use an electronically controlled torque based ECU strategy. Even with the enormous displacement and torque potential of the 2,458cc triple cylinder engine, the factory calibration can limit requested torque and throttle opening under certain operating conditions.
BT Moto recalibrates these strategies rather than simply adding fuel or manipulating external sensor signals.
By properly addressing the torque model, electronic throttle tables, ignition mapping, fueling, RPM limiters, and related ECU strategies, the engine is able to deliver significantly more of its available performance.
The difference can be felt throughout the powerband — especially during hard acceleration and higher RPM operation where the stock calibration begins to restrict performance.
DYNO PROVEN PERFORMANCE
Our Stage 1 calibration was developed through extensive testing of the factory 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 ECU and validated with same day, back-to-back Dynojet testing.
Stock, California 91 Octane:
153 WHP / 155 WTQ
BT Moto Stage 1, California 91 Octane:
175 WHP / 157 WTQ
That's a gain of more than 20 wheel horsepower on pump gas, but peak horsepower only tells part of the story.
Removing the factory throttle and torque restrictions allows the Rocket 3 to continue pulling harder through the upper RPM range, while the increased RPM limit extends the usable powerband beyond what is available with the stock ECU calibration.
The result is a Rocket 3 that feels substantially stronger without sacrificing the smoothness and refinement expected from a modern Triumph.
OEM+ TUNING, NOT A PIGGYBACK
Our goal isn't to make the Rocket 3 behave like a poorly tuned race bike.
It's to make it feel like an unrestricted factory version of the motorcycle.
The BT Moto Stage 1 tune retains the factory ECU and its integrated control strategies while optimizing the calibration inside it. There are no external fuel controllers to install, no wiring harnesses to modify, and no unnecessary hardware required.

Dyno Testing
Stock 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 vs BT Moto Stage 1 (5th Gear).
INSANE POWER GAINS! Eliminating the throttle limiters and extending the RPM limiter is exactly what this bike needs to become an absolute beast. Peak to peak gains of over 20WHP is telling enough but the extended RPM limiter gives this bike a powerband it never had before. While the older Rocket 3 saw a larger gain from our flashing, the new 2025 Rocket 3 also makes more power than it's predecessor (see our dyno video for comparisons).
Stock the bike was running a little rich, so we leaned it up a little to make optimal, safe power, and save you some gas as well. Rideability and reliability is not compromised with this power, the bike just gives you more of a thrill when you twist the throttle.
