2026 APRILIA RSV4 (ALL MODELS)

Through careful testing of the stock ECU on our recently acquired 2026 Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100, we have decoded an otherwise NEW stout 222HP powerplant and ecu for even more rider enjoyment.

With full in-person datalogging in our closed dyno cell, we were able to find what the engine really liked and disliked. Through careful logging of ignition timing, per cylinder fueling and thermal management limiters, we were able to write an excellent calibration that is powerful in all temperatures and covers all octanes including poor California ACN91.

ADVANTAGES WITH STAGE 1

  • On average, gains of 5-15HP from the midrange and up were found over the baseline on a typical exhaust/filter bike with 93 octane fuel in the tank (Larger gains with race fuel)
  • Early Fan-On. Your Aprilia starts to pull power from the engine with high temps. We change the fan-on to 194 degrees to avoid this power loss and stalling from overheating in stop and go traffic
  • Changes to fueling including part, mid and full-throttle while in configuration, per cylinder
  • Optimization of ignition timing at part and partial throttle for all fuel qualities
  • Adjustments to torque limiting to allow the bike to make 100% of its available engine torque at high load
  • RPM limiter raised from 13,600RPM to 14,200RPM (optional)
  • Changes to rev limiter per-gear tables for widest and safest possible powerband as the Factory 1100 cuts short in lower and upper gears
  • Exhaust valve adjustments for more power and torque
  • Changes in factory unstable engine idle for stability and consistency off-throttle
  • Changes to a full 100% throttle opening in all modes, versus a limited table

Dyno Testing

Dyno Testing

MODS: FACTORY STOCK 2026 APRILIA RSV4 With and Without our BT-MOTO Flash, 5th gear

RED = Stock flash with 91 Pump Gas - 200whp / 86wtq

BLUE = Stage 1 flash with 91 Pump Gas - 205whp / 88wtq

GREEN = Stage 1 flash with VP RACE FUEL - 215whp / 93wtq

The graph below shows stock vs flashed on 91 pump gas (red and blue runs), same day. This was done in 5th gear to show power differences on the stock 2026 RSV4 with only tuning. The gains on pump gas are seen only in the midrange and top end of the RPM range.

The blue (tuned) run was also performed without increasing the RPM limiter (optional feature). The RSV4 is not a restricted bike like we usually see these days. Though power was increased with just pump gas, the real changes come in lower gears from altering the torque limiters and smoothing out the throttle. All while increasing throttle response.

The green run was performed with our race gas mapping and VP race fuel. This is to show the potential of the RSV4, and it's amazing. Gaining 10WHP over our tuned runs with an extended RPM limiter. The gains are seen across the entire RPM range.

26 RSV4 Stage 1 Dyno

**All runs performed same day, back to back on an independent DynoJet**

**Testing performed with California ACN 91 octane pump gas. Usage of a lower octane will yield smaller power gains. Higher octane larger gains**

THE BT MOTO HANDHELD TUNER

The new 2026 ECU is currently supported through our mail-in method, while we work on the OBD protocol (can be updated later)

Quick and efficient

It took the team less than a day to have my program completed! I love the new tune. The bike is smoother and my fans kick on earlier.

Huge Difference Over Up Map

I bought the BT MOto tune after some issues with the upmap I installed on the bike. On the up map it ran really really hot and would just die randomly when it got that hot. BT Moto turns the fans on early so it runs way cooler, I haven't seen the bike stall once since I changed over. Also, the shfiting and power are way better. This feels like a real tune for the bike where the upmap was just a minor upgrade if anything over stock. I'm going to add their velocity stacks soon and will get a new map for that. Can't wait!
