THIS TUNING IS FOR THE 2022-2025 TRIUMPH TIGER 660
BENEFITS OF OUR ECU TUNING
- First product of it's kind for the new "locked" 24+ ECU allowing them maximum horsepower
- More horsepower and torque from throttle de-restriction and fueling / ignition modifications at full throttle
- Dialed in all throttle angles (25/50/75/100%) fueling and ignition modifications for 91+ fuel. Increasing power 7-17HP at certain throttle percentages
- Raised RPM limiter for a wider powerband and less shifts at the track, lowering acceleration times
- Top speed limiter raised to maximum
- Cooler running engine temps and consistency
- Noticeably improved midrange grunt and off idle throttle response in every riding mode
- Injector cutoff smoothed. Stock deceleration is far too aggressive
- Plug-and-play mapping for popular, proven race modifications
- Fix the flashing ABS/Traction Control lights with aftermarket tire or sprocket sizes
- Fix ECU side of A2 Restrictions. Our understanding (we don't have A2 in the USA) is that the factory throttle position sensor (TPS) in the A2 restricted bikes needs to be replaced with a non-A2 restricted TPS. The A2 restricted TPS does not read enough volts and the end user will need to install a non-A2 restricted TPS along with our flash to fix the HP restriction.

Dyno Testing
MODS: FACTORY STOCK W/ SLIP 2025 TRIUMPH DAYTONA 660 With and Without our BT-MOTO flash utilizing 5th gear at most notable 25%, 75% and 100% throttle angle gains (SAME ENGINE AS TIGER 660)
This graphs above show stock vs flashed on 91 pump gas, same day. This was done in 5th gear to show power differences and throttle retractions with factory mapping. The gains are in the middle and upper range of the RPM. The OEM RPM limiter is raised with our tuning to give the bike a wider powerband.
**All runs performed same day, back to back on an independent DynoJet**
**Testing performed with California ACN 91 octane pump gas. Usage of a lower octane will yield smaller power gains. Higher octane larger gains**

- STORE MULTIPLE MAPS - When you send in your ECU, you only get one map. You might be thinking, "why would I need more than one map?". Storing multiple maps means you're able to flash for different fuels. If you're a serious track competitor, we can work with you to get you different mapping for different tracks. If, for example, you're add an exhaust to your stock bike, we can email you a file that takes the new exhaust into account with the changes you need to optimize your bike's new modifications.
- GO BACK TO STOCK ANYTIME - Not only can you store multiple race maps, you can also flash the original, stock file back into the bike at any time and for any reason.
