With full in-person datalogging in our closed dyno cell, riding the bike on the street, and GPS speed testing, we were able to find what the engine really liked and disliked. Through careful logging of ignition timing, per cylinder fueling and thermal management limiters, we were able to develop an excellent file that is powerful in all temperatures and covers all octanes and features. 

Our Stage 1 Aprilia RS 457 ECU flash cand utilizes the factory oxygen sensors for precise fuel corrections on and off throttle. Our emphasis versus the competition is on driveability, every throttle angle and safe but consistent power and flash filled features for the spirited rider on and off the track.  Immense improvements in throttle response, rideability, cruising and of course, power, were all immediately apparent. We own this bike personally and have put it through its paces extensively.

• Fixes all driveability and tuning issues found in stock OR race ecu file (lean, limited)
• 2nd gear limitation removed (see dyno tab) AND global torque monitor (BT exclusive)
• Removes top speed limit of 6th gear of 120mph raised for max performance/aero limits
• Early Fan-On. Aprilia have heating issues. At 216 degrees, your Aprilia starts to pull power from the engine. We change this to lower temperature to avoid this power loss and stalling in stop and go traffic, on top of notorious puking coolant from reservior. (BT exclusive)
• Changes to fueling including part, mid and full-throttle while in Alpha-N configuration per cylinder
• Optimization of ignition timing at part and mid throttle for all fuel qualities. 100% gains in power at 25% throttle, 50% gains at 50% throttle.
• Race Dash activated
• Blipper learning up and downshift activated
• Adjustments to torque limiting to allow the bike to make 100% of its available engine torque at high load
• RPM limiter raised from 10,600RPM to 11,200RPM
• Adjustments to engine braking for road course/street use
• Changes in factory unstable engine idle for stability and consistency off-throttle
• Changes to a full 100% throttle opening in all modes in all gears, versus a limited table
