Triumph Tiger 1200

We wanted to have an OEM+ solution. In other words, no piggybacks, no add-ons, no deletion of unnecessary items and something that’s able to revert back to stock quickly for resale; or if a customer changes their mind.  Everything currently on the market was too arduous with no going back to stock in a quick manner.

The Tiger's redline only allows for 38% throttle opening and only 72% max throttle opening prior to that across the entire RPM range. This is something we rectified with our Stage 1 flash.

PLEASE NOTE, for some models throttle restrictions are greater than other models and more power can be made with our flashes de-restriction. This is dependent on multiple variables.

The dyno results below are from a 2022 Triumph Tiger 1200 tested at a dealer facility in San Diego, CA. This bike has no modifications and is on 91 octane pump gas. You can see gains through the entire RPM range from down low to up high. The deeper the bike gets into the RPM range, the more power you get, at redline we gained almost 30WHP. We safely extend the RPM to give a broader powerband for less shifts at the track and more useable power.

RED = Factory Tuning, 91 Pump Gas: 127WHP / 89WTQ

Any issues, you can revert back to the full stock state.
  • READ AND CLEAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS - Full diagnostic of the ecu including the device.
  • STORE MULTIPLE MAPS - When you send in your ECU, you only get one map.  You might be thinking, "why would I need more than one map?".  Storing multiple maps means you're able to flash for different configurations.  If you're a serious track competitor, we can work with you to get you different mapping for different tracks.  If, for example, you're add modifications to your stock bike, we can email you a file that takes the new exhaust into account with the changes you need to optimize your bike's new modifications with no mailing needed.

restrictions gone! bike feels like it should have from the factory. if i was in prison with these and they dropped the soap, i would protect them

2017 Triumph Explorer XCA

Throttle response is perfect. Engine braking significantly reduced. Rev limiter moved up. Speed limiter removed. Fan kicks on earlier to keep engine cooler. Definitely notice the HP and Torque gains. Overall the bike is much more enjoyable to ride. Money well spent.

2021 Triumph 1200 Speeder Master

Tune cleaned up the bike over all, peak numbers were increased, rev limit and speed limiters were adjusted and all round the bike ran way better.
