WHY THIS IS THE BEST UPGRADE YOU CAN BUY

With limited options on the market for the CBR1000RR, we used our experience with the RR-R and markets/platforms to come up with our own. Using our in-house motorcycle dynometer and datalogging capabilities, we were able to systematically fix the glaring deficiencies in the platform. Turning it from one of the worst performing Superbikes available to one of the most potent. We all know the CBR1000RR  is a great Superbike, unfortunately we also know it isn’t perfect in its stock form. These are the issues we have seen ourselves and fixed. Through research we have found other customers have also verified the following issues:

  • No OBD dyno tuned tuning options currently on the market
  • Low power (150WHP STOCK)
  • 172MPH top speed, no use of high rpm in 5th and 6th gear, even in Euro bikes
  • Startup issues when exhaust is installed or even stock
  • Issues when exhaust is installed, lean misfire, exhaust break up
  • Acceleration that isn’t smooth through the entire RPM range due to inaccurate AFR
  • Engine seems to struggle off idle to 4000rpm and then lurch at 10,000 RPM
  • Power that seems to level off (flatten) after 10,000 RPM with the throttle limiting in place

INDEPENDENT TESTING

The dyno results below are from a 2022 Honda CBR1000RR tested at a dealer facility in San Diego, CA. This bike has no modifications, other than an Akrapovic slip-on, and is on 91 octane pump gas. You can see gains through the entire RPM range from down low to up high. The deeper the bike gets into the RPM range, the more power you get, at almost 11,000RPM we gained 16WHP. We safely extend the RPM to give a broader powerband for less shifts at the track and more useable power.

The graph below shows our prototype velocity stacks, slip-on, BT Moto flash, and pump gas. A full system and air filter would help this gain even more over stock. You can see a 16whp gain up top. The racing range (above 10,000RPM) is completely transformed, and the extended RPM limiter means less gears shifts at the track.

Huge power increases

! Plus 12hp on the local dynomite tuner. what a gem, came from KCS tuning sc77 file and this is night and day. It feels more like my mates sc82 now. Maxes out speedo, bike seems much more liberated - lower the throttle response. Look forward to the velocity stacks you guys are making.
