With limited options on the market for the CBR1000RR, we used our experience with the RR-R and markets/platforms to come up with our own. Using our in-house motorcycle dynometer and datalogging capabilities, we were able to systematically fix the glaring deficiencies in the platform. Turning it from one of the worst performing Superbikes available to one of the most potent. We all know the CBR1000RR is a great Superbike, unfortunately we also know it isn’t perfect in its stock form. These are the issues we have seen ourselves and fixed. The dyno results below are from a 2022 Honda CBR1000RR tested at a dealer facility in San Diego, CA. This bike has no modifications, other than an Akrapovic slip-on, and is on 91 octane pump gas. You can see gains through the entire RPM range from down low to up high. The deeper the bike gets into the RPM range, the more power you get, at almost 11,000RPM we gained 16WHP. We safely extend the RPM to give a broader powerband for less shifts at the track and more useable power.

The graph below shows our prototype velocity stacks, slip-on, BT Moto flash, and pump gas. A full system and air filter would help this gain even more over stock. You can see a 16whp gain up top. The racing range (above 10,000RPM) is completely transformed, and the extended RPM limiter means less gears shifts at the track.
