2026–2027 Aprilia RSV4 Velocity Stack Kit

Following the success and overwhelmingly positive feedback from our 2021–2024 Aprilia RSV4 velocity stacks, we set out to develop an all-new design specifically for the updated 2026+ RSV4 airbox and 52 mm throttle bodies.

The larger throttle bodies provide significantly more airflow potential, but maximizing that potential requires the right velocity stack geometry and calibration. After months of testing multiple designs, we developed a stack profile that delivers stronger high RPM performance without sacrificing the low and midrange power that makes the RSV4 so responsive.

Unlike designs that simply shift the powerband higher and trade low-end torque for peak horsepower, the BT Moto Velocity Stack Kit is engineered to add power where it matters while retaining the strong midrange punch of the RSV4. Combined with our custom BT Moto calibration, the result is improved top-end performance with smooth, OEM-like rideability.

Every aspect of the design has been carefully developed to improve airflow and maximize performance in the upper RPM range while maintaining the strong low and midrange characteristics of the RSV4.

Designed for OEM-style installation, the stacks bolt directly into the factory airbox for secure fitment and require no cutting, drilling, or additional airbox modifications.

Installation is straightforward: remove the factory velocity stacks and install the BT Moto replacements. When paired with our custom ECU flash, the velocity stacks and calibration work together as a complete performance package that can be installed in your own garage using basic hand tools and minimal mechanical experience.
