WHY YOU WOULD NEED THIS
- If you bought our handheld tuner, you got rid of your first motorcycle that we tuned and put the stock tune back on that first motorcycle. You now will need our transfer service to reset the "MyGenius" handheld device and tune the new motorcycle.
- If you have bought a motorcycle that was tuned by us and comes with our handheld tuner. To make sure the bike is up to date with the latest and greatest mapping, put everything in your name and get the newest files, we will use this transfer service.
- This transfer service come with Stage 1 mapping included, if you'd like to order Stage 2, please choose the Stage 2 add-on at time of purchase.
- Once the transfer has been purchased we will reach out for reset of the device.

PLEASE NOTE:
- You must currently have a BT Moto handheld. HANDHELDS FROM OTHER COMPANIES WILL NOT WORK.
- The previous motorcycle your handheld was married to MUST BE PUT BACK TO STOCK before purchasing this product. If you have a handheld and did not put your previous bike back to stock, email us as that will involve a completely different process and pricing.

Shipping
BT Moto currently ships directly through UPS. We offer domestic and international shipping.
We ship with UPS as it’s more reliable, has the least amount of shipping issues, and is continuously better than other shipping methods we’ve tried.
Shipping options will automatically display during the checkout process and depends on the size of your order, location etc.
For the majority of our products, the following shipping options through UPS are available.
- Ground (typically 3-7 business days)
- 2-Day Air
- Next Day Air
