9. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Before issuing a chargeback, please reach out to our support team before doing this in-case an order is not credited or else you may forfeit your VIN and account permanently by submitting a chargeback while having the product in your possession. We are very fair with our return policy and money back guarantee policy. However, due to fraud concerns, any customer using a chargebacks via their credit card while still having the product in their possession will have their BT Moto account revoked, any previous orders negated, device serial number flagged and VIN number flagged. There will be no further account support, tuning support, stock file support, or any product requests. This information will be relayed to our dealer network of 125 motorcycle vendors and added to their databases as well.
All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days for a full refund. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition / unused with original packaging within 30 days. If it is a tuning product it must be on the factory map when it returns. If the device is returned and the tuning file was kept, the refund will be null. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return.
If the package is returned to BT Moto or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped after 30 days.
Shipping is non-refundable in either direction. If your product qualified for free shipping and you are returning the item, a $25 shipping fee will be assessed for all USA orders and $80 for all international orders. These shipping fees will be taken directly from your refund.
Digital files are 100% non-refundable once the file(s) have been sent to the purchaser.
Credit card processing fees are charged at 3.9% +.30c fee on BT Moto's side for the entire order. The 3.9% +.30c is non-refundable from the total order as the credit card company does not release it for a return.

10. SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is solely responsible for all Import Fees associated with shipped items.
11. BT MOTO
BT Moto is separate from BrenTuning, LLC or BrenSpeed and is not affiliated in any way.
