After a lot of customer demand, we have applied our resources to mapping the Hypermotards.  The 950 is a popular Ducati engine, but not really known for it's striking performance. With our vast knowledge of the ecu in other models we wanted to take the 950 platform to the next level with our custom flashing. After years of working on the Ducati platform, you start to see a lot of similarities between the different models. This is what helped us jump ahead of the competition to provide a flash that feels OEM... but so much better. After riding your 950 with our custom tuning, you'll wonder why you waited so long to get it. Customers reach out to us and tell us that this is how the bike should have felt from the factory. Being motorcycle enthusiasts ourselves, we couldn't agree more with that assessment.


WHAT'S INCLUDED IN STAGE 1?

  • Proper fuel mapping for stock or aftermarket modifications
  • SMOOTH! All throttle angles tuned to maximum torque, horsepower and safety making the Hyper rideable again
  • Low speed/RPM rideability greatly improved
  • Remapped all drive-by-wire throttle angles to be smooth, removing the factory jumpiness
  • Top speed governor removal
  • Cooler running engine with lowered fan temp
  • Fixed the issues people experience that are common with generic upmap tuning files
  • Better engine startups with a stronger idle (these bikes commonly stall)
  • Modified ignition timing for horsepower in higher revs
  • Raised RPM limiter
  • Increased torque limit cap from 80% to 99%
  • Increased torque target 8NM from low to high rpm

2021 Ducati 950 Hypermotard

Peak gains of 3WHP with a good kick in torque is great but that's not the whole story here. The bottom end gains are impressive (this is where your stop and go riding is). On the top end we extended the RPM limiter to give a wider powerband without sacrificing reliability. Overall the map is much smoother and more rideable than stock, or any other current market options.

  • RED = STOCK, PUMP GAS - 105WHP / 69WTQ
  • BLUE = STAGE 1, PUMP GAS - 108WHP / 71WTQ

Thoroughly tested by our own engineers, not just for its function but also durability.  We purposefully dropped this thing about 100 times just to make sure if you accidentally dropped it, it would still be a usable device.

So why buy it when you can just send in your ECU for flashing and spend less? Let's see the breakdown.

  • NO DOWNTIME - No need to send in your ECU or remove it from your bike at all.  You order the handheld, it get's delivered to you, you flash your bike.  You never miss a day of riding and no effort removing the ECU.
  • STORE MULTIPLE MAPS - When you send in your ECU, you only get one map.  You might be thinking, "why would I need more than one map?".  Storing multiple maps means you're able to flash for different fuels.  If you're a serious track competitor, we can work with you to get you different mapping for different tracks.  If, for example, you're add an exhaust to your stock bike, we can email you a file that takes the new exhaust into account with the changes you need to optimize your bike's new modifications.
  • GO BACK TO STOCK ANYTIME - Not only can you store multiple race maps, you can also flash the original, stock file back into the bike at any time and for any reason.

Simply incredible

This is what I've been missing on my 950 Hypermotard. I didn't leave it stock-tuned for long, and first chose a PowerCommander V with custom dyno tuning which had worked brilliantly for me on older Ducati's. I ran with this setup for about a year and it was incrementally better than stock on the 950, but I still had flat spots in part throttle riding and the occasional stalling. I also recently removed the EVAP in attempt to current stalling; didn't make a difference. Finally, I removed the PowerCommander, put EVAP back in for its intended purpose, and flashed the BT-Moto software. Instant, big improvement and just like the description states, its much more smooth in throttle control. Super pleased, wished I did it sooner.

Extremely popular product in New Zealand

Myself and a ton of my mates have the bt tune on our V2s, they even worked with us to secure a custom file feature set (thanks troy). About 12 of us in the riding group all use it with great results, no complaints, just pure riding enjoyment. Would use them again.
