We got it cracked! The 2026 ZX-10R / RR Gen 7 is one of the most anticipated re-designs for tuning we've had this year. Customers are very excited to see this bike unlocked and we were the first to finish this project for the community from scratch. Being the first to unlock the 2026 is never enough for us. We want to make sure that people are not only satisfied with our flashes, we want them to be amazed with the results by having a full driveability flash tune at all throttle angles  - not just a 100% only flash. This new re-design so far is showing peak power caring out 500rpms over the Gen6 bike and has great upgrades to the chassis and most importantly the TFT screen upgrade.


 WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH STAGE 1 ZX-10R / RR FLASH

  • Fueling Adjusted (per gear for ram air) for maximum horsepower and torque within safety realms of stock exhaust catalyst temps or with slip on (leaner)
  • Ignition Adjusted (per gear) for maximum torque
  • Throttle-Destricted to 100%, and part throttles adjusted for smooth street and track on/off transitions - giving large horsepower and torque increases at 25/50/75/100% throttle in low to high revs
  • Fix of the extra notchy 25% low power dip the bike suffers from stock (see dyno area sheet)
  • Blipper adjustment for quicker reactions
  • Lower Fan-On Temp
  • Increased RPM Limiter slightly +200rpm
  • Removed Top Speed Limiter
  • Quick shifter upshift adjustments (coming soon)

THE DETAILS

  1. FUELING -  With custom tuning we can target better AFR (air/fuel ratio) plots to enhance not only racing performance, but also cruising and partial throttle inputs. The 25% throttle range is critical here as thats wher ethe bike suffers the most around town (see dyno chart section)
  2. QUICKSHIFTER - Adjustments to blipper and upshift times have been adjusted for better rideability.
  3. IGNITION - Optimized to make the most power while still being safe and reliable.
  4. THROTTLE DE-RESTRICTION - Giving you the ability to utilize 100% of the throttle is paramount in track situations where you need all the power you can get on demand. The factory file has a “dead spot” on the top end that kills the bike's power curve when it should be making the most. This also means any kind of straight line acceleration also suffers. We remove these factory restrictions to ensure a smooth and predictable throttle, all the way to redline. At the same time we recalibrate the mid angles to work much better predictability of power on the track a la KRT type throttle mapping built into the stock ECU. We have fully remapped the cruise zone of 20-25% throttle as this zone gives very erratic performance on stock throttle maps.
  5. LOWER FAN-ON TEMP - To help not only the rider's enjoyment but also to keep the engine slightly cooler, we've lowered the fan-on temps slightly
  6. INCREASED RPM LIMITER (at customer request) - +200rpm allows this new engine to use its top end power, no longer suffering from peak at 13,200, this bike now makes power to 13,800. Beware of tuning with too high of a limiter.
  7. INCREASED TOP SPEED LIMITER - Removed so you can let the bike run free in any track environment.

  • (2026+) YOUR BIKE MUST HAVE ONE OF THESE ECU NUMBERS FOR THE HANDHELD TUNER, IF YOU ARE MAILING IN, YOU CAN SKIP THIS VERIFICATION: (21175-2385, 21175-2160, 21175-2113, 21175-2328, 21175-2378 as of 3/27).
  • If you want to use our handheld tuner and the bike has a different ECU number EMAIL US BEFORE PURCHASE. Your ECU number can be found on the ECU itself in the tail of the bike. We found the ECU numbers we listed cover a huge range of 2026 bikes. We will be working to add more and will update this page when we do.
  • We have configurations for stock, CARB, Slip, 3/4, and Full systems already (3/27) but will build database in future and update. Modifications outside of the may require fine fuel tuning for extreme users. Due to the sensitive nature of the ZX-10R's AFR (air/fuel ratio) and the platforms almost endless aftermarket options, the file we deliver you may need the fueling to be adjusted to meet the bike's individual needs. In this instance of extreme racing or wanting every last horsepower, we recommend a piggyback fuel controller and wideband or an "auto-tuner" that can aid you in correcting your fuel maps under real life condition (if needed).

Our performance calibration does more then just removes factory restrictions allowing the ZX10 to show its full capability.  Not a quick and dirty 100% throttle tune with fuel, we map every throttle angle for maximum gains in our full spectrum tuning procedure.  So be sure to check out the throttle angle gains below.  We tap multiple accurate air fuel references closer to engine to avoid inaccurate "tailpipe" tuning most tuners do giving inaccurate results. You can see an insane amount of power added to the top end of ZX10 as well as significant midrange gains. This is like a completely different motorcycle now! This ZX10 came in stock and then was tested with slip on exhaust this day. All testing done with same mods and all testing performed on 91 octane pump gas, same day. The GEN7 ZX10 makes power 500+rpms further then the GEN6 and is shaping up to be a tremendous upgrade.
