The perfect modification for your 2024+ Honda CBR1000RR-R SP. 3D printed from lightweight composite, the BT Moto Velocity Stacks have been carefully engineered and designed to maximize power in the higher RPM range while not losing power in the low RPM range.
Made for a perfect fit, the BT Moto velocity stacks have a relief notches at the bottom of each funnel to ensure tight fitment while also being easy to install. These are PNP and require no additional modifications to your airbox to fit. Simply unscrew your factory velocity stacks and screw ours in. Coupled with our engineered flash, the combination makes an extremely easy install and tune that can be done in your own garage.

Dyno Testing
The graph below shows the 2025 CBR1000RR-R, but this time we added our custom velocity stacks with our tuning. This raised the power to 201whp and eliminated the flat spot we saw on the graph after derestricting the bike. Peak to peak gets massive gains with our velocity stacks and you can see no loss in the mid or bottom end. There is a loss at 10,000RPM but on the road this actually smooths the power from coming on too hard when accelerated through the rev range.

BT MOTO FLAHED with Velocity Stacks: 201whp / 83wtq
The graph below once again show the 25 CBR1000RR-R. The red line represents our velocity stacks and tuning. The blue line represents our tuning with stock velocity stacks. You can see the massive gains above 12,000RPM vs the factory velocity stacks. There's no loss down low or in the midrange. The only drop in power we found is at 10,000RPM, and this actually smooths the power coming in at 10K+ RPM.

The below graph shows the same 2025 CBR1000RR-R from above, but this time the red is stock tuning and the blue is just tuning with NO velocity stacks. You can see the velocity stacks add a peak power number of 5whp but also resolve the issue of the power falling off up top, and allow the bike to breath easier while being derestricted. We're gaining close to 15whp at high RPM's with our custom velocity stacks.
