BG Consulting Group, Inc does not claim or has ever claimed to be compliant with OEM Factory level warranties. Warranty issues resulting in use of our products is the responsibility of the user and BG Consulting Group, Inc will not be held liable for any warranty issues including warranty denial, additional costs, repair costs, towing costs, missed events and more.

10. RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept returns on new items only in their original packaging within 30 days of placing the order.
Before issuing a chargeback, please reach out to our support team before doing this incase an order is not credited. Issuing a chargeback may result in forfeiture of your VIN and account permanently. We are very fair with our return and money back guarantee policy. However, due to fraud concerns, any customer using a chargebacks via their credit card while still having the product in their possession will have their BT Moto account revoked, any previous orders negated, device serial number flagged and VIN number flagged. There will be no further account support, tuning support, stock file support or any product requests. This information will be relayed to our dealer network of 125+ motorcycle vendors and added to their databases as well.
Return Policy Terms
- All return requests MUST be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition / unused with original packaging and requested within 30 days.
- If it is a tuning product it must be on the factory map when it returns. If the device is returned and the tuning file was kept on the vehicle, the refund will be nullified as you kept the product installed digitally.
- If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return even during the first 30 days.
- Specific items such as fuel pumps, engine parts and lowering links are non-refundable.
- Special order items or custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Discontinued, closeout, used, and open box parts are non-returnable.
- Incorrect parts will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
- 25% restocking fees are in place for any returned order. Please consider this when ordering and accepting our terms of use at time of purchase.
- Shipping is non-refundable in either direction. If your product qualified for free shipping and you are returning the item, a $25 shipping fee will be assessed for all USA orders and $100 for all international orders. These shipping fees will be taken directly from your refund.
- Express shipping and shipping protection options are non-refundable.
- All order cancellations are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee on the total order cost to offset credit card processing fees.
- Digital files are 100% non-refundable once the file(s) have been sent to the purchaser.
- Credit card processing fees are charged at a 5% fee on BT Moto's side for the entire order. The 5% is non-refundable from the total order as the credit card company does not release it for a return. The Credit card company takes this the second the order is placed, even with buyers remorse it is gone and not refundable once the payment is processed.
Return Process:

- Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form which must accompany the returned items.
- To avoid incurring additional restocking fees, ensure that the packaging remains in pristine condition, free from any marks, fingerprints, or damage.
- Customer will need to provide their own shipping label.
- When returning items, please use an outer box for shipping. Do not apply tape or shipping labels directly to the products packaging. This helps maintain the product’s resale condition.
- When prompted via email, please provide BT Moto with your tracking number.
- If you have not received a refund within 5 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse, please reach out to [email protected] as something may have been missing from the documentation.
- Return Packaging Guidelines
- To ensure efficient processing of your return, please include the following:
- Original invoice copy for the purchased item(s);
- RMA Form completed and printed from BT Moto and in the box
- RMA Number on outside of the box
- PLEASE NOTE: Exceptions apply for defective parts, items with fitment issues or damaged products and handled on a case by case basis.
11. SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes/tariffs, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is solely responsible for all Import Fees associated with shipped items. Any fees are a responsibility of the buyer and the legality of their countries for racing items.
12. PRICING & PAYMENT POLICIES
The prices, discounts, and promotions displayed on our Site are subject to change without prior notice. The price for a product or service will be the one advertised at the time of order placement, taking into account any applicable promotions or discounts. Final pricing will be at checkout and in USD. While we strive for accuracy in our pricing information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to rectify any such errors and, if necessary, cancel orders resulting from these discrepancies.
Payment terms are subject to our discretion. We offer a variety of payment options including all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay are also options. Large dealer orders can be processed via Wire on a case by case basis.
Please be aware that your payment services provider may impose additional fees for processing transactions which we are not responsible for.

Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we will ship with UPS exclusively unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
For orders outside the United States, most orders will ship via UPS, some orders may need to ship via DHL or USPS depending on the location. Please note that delivery times are best estimated and may be subject to customs delays which we have no control over. Be aware that customs policies in your country may result in additional taxes, duties, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient exclusively. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to international shipping restrictions.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for select products for both domestic and international orders. This service is subject to specific terms and conditions, which may vary depending on the product and current promotions. Free shipping is subject to the above terms regarding returns.
Shipping Time Estimate
We ship from Massachusetts unless stated otherwise. Shipping time is 1-3 days for most places on the Eastern US, 2-4 days for Central US and 4-5 days for Western US. Hawaii and Alaska orders will ship via UPS 2-day shipping in most cases. International shipping will be 2-10 business days for arrival.
